In order to protect the well being of both fellow anglers, and the surrounding wildlife, the fishery asks that you abide by
the following rules and regulations.
BARBLESS hooks only
No fish to be handled in rags or towels - this can transmit disease and is STRICTLY forbidden!
Please take your litter with you
No keepnets (except in matches)
Maximum 50lb of fish in one net
Minimum of two keepnets per angler in matches - one silver fish net; one carp net
Fishery landing nets and keep nets to be used only
Groundbait allowed through open-ended / method feeders or pole pots only. Groundbait is NOT to be introduced by hand
No trout pellets, boilies, liquidised bread, macaroni cheese, hemp or nuts
Only fish-friendly rigs are to be used. Fixed rigs are not permitted UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
No braid
No bite alarms allowed
Fish from designated pegs only
No fish to be removed from the pools or moved from one pool to another
No junior anglers under the age of fifteen are allowed without a fishing adult
No dogs, fires or radios
Please use designated parking area
If you are unsure about any of the above, or have any questions regarding the use of baits that aren't listed, etc, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note that the management reserve the right to refuse admission and to change the rules at any time. Any angler found to be
in breach of the rules above will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Please show courtesy to fellow anglers.

Food and Drink
Parking is available close by all of the pools.
Refreshments are available all year round including hot sandwiches and drinks, pies and cans of pop.
A toilet is available on site and is kept open at all times.
Also, please note that one pool
will always be available for pleasure anglers in the event of a match.
