Excelsior, Island Pool

A noticeable change in the weather resulted in a difficult days sport for the ten anglers from Excelsior AC. With temperatures a good 10 degrees cooler than the previous day the resident carp were clearly out of sorts and not willing to feed.

Winner on the day was K. Johnson with 42-03-00 of carp caught short on dead red maggot.

D. Cole finished in second place with just 19-01-00 followed closely by M. Jenks, who offered 15-13-00 to the scales.
