Forresters AC, Woodside Pool

A very settled week preceded this latest contest on Woodside pool. Anglers from Farringdon AC we're treated to some great sport with winner Ernie Watson claiming victory on the day with a superb 113-12-00. Ernie found carp to over 18lbs fishing dead red maggot down his inside to win the match by a massive margin nearly doubling Kevin Williams' weight.

Kevin offered 64-07-00 to the scales to finish in second place. Again, fishing dead red maggot down his margin, Kevin found quality carp.

Third place on the day was Nigel Hewitt with 48-12-00.
