Winner of this latest contest on Woodside pool for New Willenhall AC was Steve Leddington , who drew peg 4 in the channel close to the island. Offering bread long down his edge at 13m, Steve found good sized carp in numbers to end the match with 104-10-00.

Finishing runner-up was Malcolm Biddle from corner peg 7 on the point of the island. Again, offering bread down his inside, Malcolm found plenty of carp to weigh in a final 94-14-00 to finish just ounces in front of third placed Brian Biddle.

Brian found himself inbetween the two on peg number 5 and opted to fish bread and corn long down his margin at around 12m to offer 94-08-00 to the scales.
