Summer 2-day Festival, Woodside & Island Pools
Eleven (11) anglers fished the third annual summer festival here at Woodside. Numbers were capped for this year's event due to water levels being lower than normal on acccount of another really hot summer with some pegs simply not having enough water on them for fish to be safely kept in keepnets. TREC AC, Woodside & Island Pools
Fourteen (14) anglers from TREC AC attended their latest fixture here at Woodside with anglers being pegged across both Woodside and Island pools. Conditions on the day were a bit of a mixed bag with thundery showers and a gentle breeze. Daytime temperatures reached a high of around 20°C. Hollingsworth AC, Woodside Pool
A smaller than normal turnout for Hollingsworth AC saw just eight (8) anglers line the banks of Woodside pool for their latest fixture. Conditions on the day were pleasant with sunny weather and light winds. Temperatures reached a high of approximately 23°C. Winner on the day was Ron Brookes, who drew peg 1.
