Eleven (11) anglers from The Button Oak attended this Sunday club match on the Island pool.

Winner on the day was Alan Thomson, who drew peg 1. Opting to fish dead red maggot short for most of the match before switching to his edges late on, 'Tommo' was able to find mainly carp as well as roach and skimmers to weigh in 65-05-00.

Finishing in second place on the day was John Abbott from peg 18. Most of John's fish were caught from down his edge on dead red maggot to give him a final weight of 58-11-00.
