Nine (9) anglers from CARRS AC attended this Saturday club match held on Island pool.
Winner on the day was Alan Taylor from peg 26. Opting to fish short on the pole with maggot over fishery micro pellet, Alan found carp up to 6lb to weigh in 46-03-00.
Second place was awarded to Geoff Rush from peg 18. Geoff caught most of his fish from down both his edge lines on dead red maggot to offer 43-10-00 to the scales.
Rounding off a close top three finish on the day was Terry Peckham from peg 14. Fishing maggot over dead reds and micro pellet down his inside, Terry found small carp in numbers to weigh in 31-00-00.
