Eight (8) anglers from Moor Lane AC attended the club's latest match here at Woodside.
Winner on the day was Darren Boot, who drew peg 10 on the point of the island. Starting his match fishing a long pole over to the island, Darren offered hard 6mm pellet up in the water to find mostly carp feeding on the point. Later, Darren switched to his edges offering double corn to find some better stamp fish for a final weight of 75-14-00.
Second place was awarded to Barry Partridge on peg 3 on the opposite point of the island. Barry found the majority of his fish down his edge on banded pellet to weigh in 61-11-00.
Third place was secured by Andy Holmes, who drew corner peg 6 by the pads. Again, most of Andy's catch came from down his edge to corn for a final weight of 60-07-00.
