A small turnout of just four (4) anglers attended this silver only match held on the Island pool. Conditions on the day were absolutely baltic with an extremely cold and strong wind making fishing difficult on the day. That said, there were still some good quality roach and skimmers caught from the dam wall.
Winner on the day was Andy Rowbottom, who drew peg 7. Fishing pinkie over groundbait on the long pole Andy was able to find quality roach and skimmers to offer 13-14-00 to the scales.
Second place was taken by Stefan Davis, who drew peg 3. Opting to fish caster short at approximately 6m, Stefan found some good quality roach and perch to weigh in 10-11-00.
Completing the top three finish on the day was Andy Woods, who drew peg 5. Andy fished caster at 11.5m to find mostly roach for a final weight of 08-11-00.
