The Black Boy AC, Woodside & Island Pools

Fifteen (15) anglers from The Black Boy fished their second of two fixtures here this year at Woodside. Anglers were pegged across both match lakes with overall standings being decided across the venue as a whole.

Winner on the day was Craig Yeomans, who drew peg 13 on Woodside pool. Opting to fish a combination of dead and live maggot short and down his edge, Craig ended the day with 35-01-00.

Finishing in second place was Kevin Beard, who drew opposite peg 1 also on Woodside pool. Kevin chose to fish hard pellet short during the first half of the match before switching to his edge later on to offer 25-15-00 to the scales.

Third place on the day was taken by Steve Barnacle from peg 8 on Island pool. Fishing a method feeder to the next peg, Steve managed 21-14-00 of small carp to win the lake.
