The Bridge AC, Woodside Pool

Eleven (11) anglers from The Bridge attended this Sunday club match on Woodside pool. Anglers experienced a pleasantly warm late-spring day, which was much warmer than the Saturday.

Winner on the day was Mark Newman from in-form peg 10. Mark fished most of his match with corn on his short line to find some good quality fish to offer 51-10-00 to the scales.

Runner-up position was taken by Robin Shaw from peg 5 in the channel close to the island. Robin caught on both corn and soft hook pellet on his short line to weigh in 34-00-00.

Alan Payton finished in third place from peg 1. Alan caught a smattering of silverfish along with a handful of good-sized carp on pellet and corn fished down his edge to weigh in 33-14-00.
