Tight Lines AC, Woodside Pool

Nine (9) anglers from Tight Lines attended this Sunday club match on Woodside pool. Anglers were greeted with mild conditions with light rain and drizzle forecast for the afternoon. Temperatures peaked around 19°C towards the end of the match before dropping to an overnight low of about 12°C. It was a breezy day with south-westerly winds averaging around 16 mph.

Winner on the day was Lee Rhoden, who drew peg 11. Lee caught the majority of his fish from down his edge on 8mm pellet to weigh in a match-winning 57-05-00.

Finishing close behind in second place was Kevin Davis from peg 9. Kevin also caught down his edge, but found his fish on corn and paste to offer a final 52-01-00 to the scales.

Third place on the day was secured by Darren Davis from peg 4. Darren opted to fish a small method feeder down his edge with banded 8mm pellet to record an all-carp catch weighing 43-00-00.
