Wolverley AC, Woodside Pool

Ten (10) anglers from Wolverley AC attended this Sunday club match held on Woodside pool.

Winner on the day was Mick Addison, who drew peg 16 on the dam wall. Mick caught mostly carp alongside roach, rudd and skimmer bream on casters fished over dead maggot short and down his edge to offer 60-04-00 to the scales.

Finishing close behind in second place was Paul Brookes from neighbouring peg 18. Offering maggot down his edge, Paul found mostly carp with some quality roach and skimmers inbetween to weigh in 53-14-00.

Mark Wilson finished in third place from peg 8 with 42-14-00. Mark weighed in a superb bag of silvers taken on expanders fished short as well as carp taken on paste down his edge.
