A small gathering of 8 anglers turned out for this club match held on Woodside pool. Conditions were pretty rough with heavy rain overnight continuing into the morning and for most of the match.
Topping the field was Terry Peckham. Opting to fish maggot short at top two and two, he managed to find odd small carp willing to feed to offer 31lbs exactly to the scales.
Ray Ravenhall finished runner-up with 20-06-00.
Third on the day went to Gerry Rush, who ended the day with just 12-04-00, beating fourth placed Mark Hone by mere ounces, returning 12-02-00.
