The Green Man, Woodside Pool

Fourteen anglers from The Green Man attended this Sunday club match on Woodside pool.

Topping the field was Shaun Smith, who drew peg 10 on the point of the island. Fishing long pole over to the point offering 6mm banded pellet, Shaun found carp in numbers to weigh in 92-04-00.

Finishing close behind in second place was Matt Prosser from neighbouring peg 8. Matt started his match fishing pellet up in the water before switching to his margins late on with corn to find some bonus edge fish. Matt offered 85-04-00 to the scales at the end of the five hours.

Ashley Cox secured a third place finish from peg 17 on the dam wall. Ash caught most of his fish to corn in the margins to weigh in 49-00-00.
