A small turnout of just eight (8) anglers turned up for this Sunday match on the Island pool. Conditions on the day were a little mixed with showers in the morning followed by some sunshine in the afternoon.
Winner on the day was Rob Hancox, who drew peg 15 on the far bank. Starting his match fishing long over to the island with pellet, Rob found decent-sized carp before turning his attention to his edge where he caught on corn to weigh in 71-03-00.
Finishing in second place was Lee Bacciochi with 67-12-00. Lee found his fish late on down his edge to dead red maggot and corn.
John Madden took third place from peg 11 fishing meat and 6mm expanders in the margins to weigh in 39-05-00.
