Again, just four (4) anglers attended this Saturday open match held on Woodside pool. Conditions on the day saw drizzle and light cloud cover with a gentle breeze.

Winner on the day was Dave Bowyer, who drew peg 13. Opting to fish pellet and maggot short to begin with before switching to his edge line, Dave found a good number of carp balled up and willing to feed to end the day with 62-01-00 to confirm a comfortable victory.

Second place was confirmed by John Latham from neighbouring peg 10. Fishing ???, John managed 38-10-00 to finish narrowly ahead of third placed Jason Bird.

Jason drew peg 12 and didn't see a single fish down his edge so opted to fish maggot short to take 32-10-00 of mixed silvers and a few carp.
