Railway AC, Woodside Pool

A small turn out of just nine anglers attended this Saturday club match on Woodside pool. It was a very wet start with torrential rain making its presence known until around midday, by which time, the sun made an appearance and things brightened up.

Taking honours on the day was Rob Jones. Opting to fish worm short at just 4m for most of the match he weighed in 33-04-00.

Runner-up spot was taken by Adam Thackeray. Fishing corn down his inside, Adam found some late edge fish to offer 22-15-00 to the scales.

Third place went to Alan Barnett, who weighed in 22-02-00 of small carp taken on JPz down in the margins.
