Sixteen (16) anglers from Rhea Hall Caravan club attended their latest club match held on the Island pool. Given the number of anglers in attendance, pegging was a little tight with pretty much every peg in.
Winner on a tough day was Derek James, who drew peg 4. Offering maggot down his edge, Derek was able to find carp and silvers to weigh in a match-winning 35-03-00.
Second place was awarded to Paul Anthony on neighbouring peg 3. Again, maggot down the edge accounted for most of his fish with Paul confirming a weight of 33-04-00 upon the scales making their round.
Rounding off the top three finish was Wayne Chattin on peg 11. Wayne offered pellet down his edge to weigh in 23-10-00.
