Ten anglers from Chain Makers AC turned out for this latest Sunday club match held on Woodside pool. Despite a foggy start to the day, conditions for the match were relatively pleasant with plenty of late Autumnal sunshine in the afternoon.
Winner on the day was Brian Burley. Opting to fish the pellet waggler for most of the match, Brian found a few carp willing to feed up in the water to weigh in 30-14-00.
Finishing close behind in second place was Chris Tandy. Again, finding fish up in the water, Chris caught caught carp on maggot fished shallow to offer 27-11-00 to the scales.
Chris Standing finished in third place weighing in 23-10-00.
