A small turnout of just six anglers attended this Saturday match held on Island pool.

Winner on the day was Edward Johnston with 59-14-00. Fishing 6mm expanded pellet to depth on the pole whilst feeding 4mm fishery pellets over the top, Ed found carp over to the island and, later, down his margins to win by a narrow margin.

Finishing close behind in second place was Alan Johnston. Alan caught the majority of his fish late on to 2mm pellet down his edge to weigh in 56-08-00.

Frank Meads finished quite a way behind the top two confirming a third place finish offering a 33lbs exactly to the scales.
