A sudden change in the weather saw a drop in the weights recorded by anglers from The Black Boy on this latest contest.
Topping the thirteen man field was B. Phillips. Fishing a pellet feeder out in open water, he found odd carp to offer 33-12-00 to the scales.
Finishing in second place was B. Hudson with 23-08-00 of carp and silver fish caught on maggot fished short.
Third on the day was P. Beard with a 23-05-00 mixed bag all caught on chopped worm fished long.
