Fourteen (14) anglers attended this Sunday club match for Baggeridge AC. Conditions on the day were very difficult with gale force winds hampering most efforts.
Taking the honours on the day was Sam Gaydon, who drew peg 4 in the channel close to the island. Sam started his match offering corn and meat over to the island on the pole before having a look down his inside late, also with corn and meat, to end the day with 55-10-00.
Keith Bradnick finished in second place from peg 19. Fishing corn and pellet down his margins for most of the match, Keith weighed in 48-15-00 of carp.
Third place was taken by Darren Painter from peg 16 on the dam wall. Opting to fish long pole and pellet for most of the match, Darren offered 42-09-00 to the scales at the end of the five hours.
