Brandhall Conservatives, Woodside Pool

Eleven (11) anglers from Brandhall Conservatives attended this latest match on Woodside pool. Conditions on the day were even hotter than on the Saturday with temperature exceeding 30 degrees during the hottest point of the day.

Overall winner on the day was James Taylor, who drew peg 23. James caught the majority of his fish down his edge on corn to weigh in 69-00-00.

In second place was Neil Mays with 44-08-00. Neil drew peg 4 close to the island and fished pellet over to the far side before switching to maggot down his edge late on.

Completing the main frame finish was Richard Taylor on peg 16. Offering both pellet and maggot short at 6m, Richard recorded a 35-00-00 mixed bag.
