Cradley Labour Club, Island Pool

Twenty (20) anglers from Cradley Labour Club attended this Sunday club match on the Island pool. Given the number of anglers in attendance, Cradley Labour used both pools on the day. Conditions remained extremely hot and sticky with very little breeze. Despite the conditions, the weights recorded were reasonably decent taking into account oxygen levels and spawning fish.

Winner on the day was Kevin Clark, who drew fancied peg 27 in-between the two islands. Opting to fish casters in the margins, Kevin was able to find some quality fish to offer 77-04-00 to the scales.

Finishing in second place from peg 13 was Steve Sadler with 53-04-00.

Rounding off the top three finish on the day was Sean Waite from neighbouring peg 15 with 45-08-00.
