Tight Lines AC, Woodside Pool

A small turn out saw just eight (8) anglers attend this Sunday club match on Woodside pool for Tight Lines.

Winner on the day was Darren Davis from peg 11. Focusing his efforts on an all out paste attack, Darren found quality fish in numbers to weigh in a superb 110-02-00.

Second place was taken by Chris Ralphs from peg 5 in the channel. Chris had a superb days fishing and would have won the match, but unfortunately went over the 60lb limit on his second net, costing him the net and, ultimately the match. Chris would've weighed in over 124lb, but ended the day with 66-05-00 of carp, including 16lb of silvers, taken on the method feeder to finish runner-up.

Third place on the day was taken by Dave Greybanks, who drew 17. Fishing paste short, Dave ended the match with 53-03-00.
